The Tasmanian Masters Games (TMG) is a unique festival of sport, now in its second biennial round 2024, hosted by City of Devonport, Central Coast, City of Burnie, Latrobe, Kentish, West Tamar and City of Launceston regional municipalities.

TMG is one of Tasmania’s largest multi-sport festivals with an extensive sport program offering approximately 20 different sports, bringing together weekend warriors (over 30yoa) from around our state, interstate and internationally to enjoy an extensive sport program in an exciting holiday destination.

Participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in their sport, connect with other TMG participants and discover all that Northern Tasmania has to offer.

Sports/organisations that have committed to staging a competition are Devon Netball, Devonport Tennis, TAS Smallbore & Air Rifle, Devonport Tenpin Bowling, Devonport Strikers Soccer Club, Masters Swimming Tasmania, Carriage Driving, Devonport Gymnastics, Paraquad Wheelchair Basketball, Devonport Basketball Association, Pickleball, Devonport Touch Association, Show Jumping Tasmania NW, Devonport Country Club Bowls and Golf, Northern Tasmanian Axemen’s Association woodchopping, Port Dalrymple Yacht Club, Tasmanian Rowing and the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia. All of which will be promoting the opportunity to participate through their state and national bodies.
